Returns and Refunds

• Defective Items:

  • The customer must return new or unused items in their entirety, original packaging, with all accessories, instructions, and documentation.
  • Evidence of defects must be provided by contacting info@budgetwebstore.in, including a detailed description and attached photos or videos.
  • Presentation of a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate a return.
  • Kindly refrain from returning your purchase directly to the manufacturer.
  • Certain situations may result in a partial refund.

• Refunds:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, you will be notified of our decision regarding your refund request.
  • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3 to 4 days on average.

• Late or Missed Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received your refund, follow specific steps before contacting us at info@budgetwebstore.in.

• Sale Items:

  • Only full-priced items will be refunded; sale or special offer items are non-refundable.

• Exchanges:

  • We will exchange items only if they are faulty or damaged.
  • Contact us at info@budgetwebstore.in for exchange requests.

• Shipment:

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item, which are non-refundable.
  • For items valued over Rs- 1000, use a shipping service with tracking or insurance.

• Right of Withdrawal:

  • Alfombras Salon must refund the amounts paid by the customer within 25 days of receiving the returned package.
  • Note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain purchases listed in our policy.
