Returns and Refunds
Defective Items:
- The customer must return new or unused items in their entirety, original packaging, with all accessories, instructions, and documentation.
- Evidence of defects must be provided by contacting info@budgetwebstore.in, including a detailed description and attached photos or videos.
- Presentation of a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate a return.
- Kindly refrain from returning your purchase directly to the manufacturer.
- Certain situations may result in a partial refund.
Refunds:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, you will be notified of our decision regarding your refund request.
- Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3 to 4 days on average.
Late or Missed Refunds:
- If you haven’t received your refund, follow specific steps before contacting us at info@budgetwebstore.in.
Sale Items:
- Only full-priced items will be refunded; sale or special offer items are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- We will exchange items only if they are faulty or damaged.
- Contact us at info@budgetwebstore.in for exchange requests.
Shipment:
- You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item, which are non-refundable.
- For items valued over Rs- 1000, use a shipping service with tracking or insurance.
Right of Withdrawal:
- Alfombras Salon must refund the amounts paid by the customer within 25 days of receiving the returned package.
- Note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain purchases listed in our policy.
